Although the first one I received had some issues with the paint and misplaced holes, customer service was amazing. They were quick to respond (even if it was at odd hours due to time zones) and offered either a refund or a free replacement. I chose the replacement, and within a few days, everything was resolved.
The assembly process was a bit tricky, and the instructions could definitely be clearer, but the end result is worth it. If you’re not confident with assembling furniture, I’d recommend getting some help to make it easier. Overall, I’m very happy with how it turned out!
